CSE Department
The department has qualified faculty with expertise in research areas of Software Engineering, Data Base Systems and Data Warehousing Systems, Information Systems and Computer Networking. Industry-institute interaction is a regular phenomenon of Computer Science & Engineering department. Workshops and seminars on different technological aspects and emerging trends are conducted at regular intervals to keep students updated with industry requirements. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established during year 2004.The Department offers B.Tech Programme in Computer Science and Engineering for Regular &lateral entry students. The Department has well established labs which facilitate students to experiment with computing challenges and develop solutions using emerging technologies. The Department has Professors with Ph.D & few staff members pursuing their Ph.D. The department has a strong team of close to 30 faculty members with expertise and research interest in diversified areas of Computer Science & Engineering.
Dr. Y.L.Malathi Latha, M,Tech.,Ph.D
Dr. Y L Malathi Latha, heads the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. She has done her doctorate from JNTUH. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching in higher education space and she has been serving this institution from last 11 years. She plays a key role in empowering both her team and students in keeping them abreast with emerging technological advancements. Her core interests lies in research & development and enjoys enjoys teaching varied conceptual programmes to the student at various levels. She also motivates and support students by counseling them to achieve their goals.
