About the Program

The Department of Business Administration at SVIT commenced operations in 2006 under the affiliation of JNTUH, with an intake of 120 students. It is a 2-year course, where 19 batches have successfully graduated, with alumni pursuing thriving careers in various business organisations globally. Noteworthy is the department's distinction as one of the few non-university departments with 3 doctorates among its 18 staff members, while 5 faculty members are currently pursuing their Ph.D. studies at different stages of completion.

Fostering a holistic approach to education, the department offers a blend of academic and non-academic activities to shape students into versatile individuals prepared for the dynamic business landscape. Students benefit from access to a well-equipped library, a digital library, and a computer lab. The college also provides facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports and games, promoting a well-rounded educational experience for aspiring business professionals.
