Information Technology
B. Tech in Information Technology helps students to implement the software solutions for various problems. It's a four-year course and has huge job openings for software engineer posts, IT administrators, software testers and IT support, etc. After B. tech also there is a scope to get a high qualified software job in Government sector, if one gets qualified in GATE. They can also do MS in foreign countries. Students will be able to think and get solution for computing problems by applying the principles of mathematics, information technology and engineering. Students can build good and working software, which are helpful for society. Students will acquire high knowledge and get skilled to build their career with sound technical.
Students analyze, construct, test, deploy the software and web development both for front end and also back end programming is being coded to give a good look and feel. Course teaches how to learn the technical skills and be active mode.
M. SUPRIYA
Mrs .M. Supriya Head of the Department of Information Technology. She is passionate and committed teaching professional enabling students to integrate learning with applications thus shaping students to be industry ready by the end of their course. she has been working in this institution from last 10 years. She plays a key role in empowering both her team and students with emerging technological advancements. Her core interests lies in research & development. She has published 8 papers in different International publications in journals to her credit.She brings in over a 22 years of expertise in teaching in Computer Science and Engineering with DBMS, DM, Cloud computing,Cryptography and Network Security, DAA, Computer Networks being her core area of interest and delivery.
Her expertise in working with diversified set of students greatly helps institution to identify specific learning needs of students and deliver customized teaching sessions accordingly, in addition to the curriculum. Her sessions are highly interactive, experimental and compels students to reflect on the learning and consolidate the associated application of conceptual frameworks and derive future experience.
