He passed M.B.B.S from Gandhi Medical College in the year 1973, DCH from Niloufer Hospital in the year 1976, M.D Pediatrics from Niloufer Hospital in the year 1976. As part of his mission to spread health awareness to every possible nook and corner, he successfully conducted around 80 Medical Camps jointly with the Red Cross Society, Rotary Club of Secunderabad and Twin Cities Pediatric Association of A.P. He has been conducting the camps for 20 years for the benefit of people in the low-income group and for those in slum areas.

He raised funds for the disabled in the year of “The Disabled” and provided artificial limbs and callipers. He is instrumental in conducting blood donation camps at various places including his own Nursing Home, at Secunderabad. He reaches out to people of all walks of life through the following Committees that he is associated with.

• President of Twin Cities Pediatric Association 1991.
• President of A.P chapter of Indian Academy of Pediatrics 1996.
• Vice President and Executive Member of A.P Private Hospital and Nursing Homes Associations.
• Governing Council Member and Treasurer of all India Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes Association.
• Managing Committee member of Mahbub College High School and R G Siddhanti College for Women.
